In order to guarantee a solution that will meet clients requirements and specifications, CBI Engineering can offer a service not only during the construction process, but also pre and after tendering service. This can be outlined as follows:

1. Feasibility study.
How much can we budget for? What will we receive? These are some of the issues that are addressed to ensure that the project will be approved.

2. Development of quotation.
After the study has been approved, a decision can be made on which solution will be best. The final quote / tender is drawn up with accompanied sketch drawings.

3. Design & engineering.
After the quote / tender has been accepted, final construction drawings are completed. Our experienced and qualified staff will ensure that the most optimal solution will be integrated in the design process, without any unforeseen costs.

4. Project planning.
How long will the construction process take? Is everything progressing as it should? When the project commences, CBI Engineering will appoint a single project manager to monitor and ensure that the project will be completed within the specified time, cost and quality frame as specified. This incorporates the design and integration of a program and schedules work.

5. On-site management.
Without the on-site management, quality and service will not be adhered to. We believe in on-site management in order to provide a continued service of quality and excellence.

6. Project completion.
Have we delivered as stipulated? We do not leave the site until everything is working as intended.

7. Continued service.
As with all projects, CBI Engineering provides a continued service after the project has been completed, whether it be alterations, extensions or even maintenance related.

Highly experienced installation teams ensure that the work is efficiently carried out and completed to scedule. The system is designed for easy and rapid assembly.

On larger projects, a detailed flow chart is designed in order to maintain a continious detailed focus on the installation process, thereby facilitating the project completions timeously.

However, should any problems arise, our site manager will be able to solve these complications promptly and efficiently.

After each installation, inspection by the crew leader is performed.

The project is only then completed, if the client and the crew leader/foreman signs the completion certificate.

This promotes the confidence that the completed project has been finalized to client satisfaction. Technical specifications and drawings for the assembly of the modus operandi are available on request.
