All products we install are manufactured at our factory premises in Pretoria.Our panels are of modular design and allow for easy assembly and disassembly.
The technical department can advise you to find the most cost-effective way to construct any room or cold storage.

CBI's wall and ceiling panels are constructed of two metal skins that are permanently bonded to a solid core polystyrene. All panels are tongue and groove and modular in design. All insulated Panel products can be used internally and externally in any weather condition.

The joint is designed for easy installation and to maintain thermal qualities of the panel. Not to Mention the overall appearance of a continuous layer of chromadek. The joint also facilitates easy Installation and removal of panel pieces.

In general, polystyrene will not absorb moisture, and moisture reduces its insulation capability. Polystyrene also has a lower smoke and fire rating than urethane foam.

To take step further CBI Engineering designed profiled insulated roofing for weatherproof applications, which is also recommended for the use in construction of warehouses, workshops, etc. The effective width of profiled roofing is 800mm

INSULATED DOORS

CBI Engineering offers a wide range of manual and electrical insulated doors that are available in various sizes to suite customer's requirements. The easy to operate doors are assembled using the CBI Engineering modular panel with a heavy duty fiberglass perimeter to give it a strong pleasant appearance. The door seals consist of high quality rubber and are fitted to the aluminum doorframe to proof for an airtight seal.
