The unique CBI Engineering modular panels are manufactured from high quality materials and the system is designed to ensure tight, vapor proof joint. The insulated sandwiched panels are fabricated to a standard width of 1175 mm with a maximum length of up to 12m. A variety of insulation thickness as well as exterior finishes are available to accommodate customers requirements.

Panel Production at our factory premises in Pretoria.

CBI Engineering modular panels consist of two chosen skins permanently bonded to a polystyrene core using a polystyrene adhesive glue. All our insulated panels are manufactured semi mechanical. On the one hand the Chromadek sheeting is rolled and molded by our panel machine, whereas the glue that bonds the chromadek to the polystyrene, is applied manually. This ensures us that the applied area is completely covered by glue, which can't be inspected if the process is mechanically applied?

After the gluing process the sandwiched panels are immediately pressed for a certain period of time to ensure that no delimitation occurs. Insulation thickness depends on the purpose and operating temperature of the proposed facility.

After the Cladding has been manufactured,
The special adhesive is applied.
